Tanner Stauffacher is the audio engineer behind Northgrove Audio, bringing more than a decade of experience in audio production, editing, mixing, and mastering to every project.
Before moving into engineering, Tanner spent 15 years as a studio musician—an experience that shaped the way he approaches records today. He understands both sides of the process: the creative vision of the artist and the technical work it takes to turn that vision into a finished record.
Now, Tanner is opening Northgrove Audio to artists across multiple genres, offering professional editing, production, mixing, and mastering with an emphasis on clarity, impact, and preserving what makes each artist unique.

Mixing/Mastering
Using the top industry techniques and gear heard on your favorite albums. I will bring your productions/Recordings to the competitive industry sound you envision. Consultations and Revisions included.

Post Production
Multi-track Post-Production. Original Sound design for recorded Music or other multi-media including Commercial or artistic Video. Sub drops Ambient/Background sound. Original Post-production Synthes or original scores for other multi-media.
Guitar/Bass Re-amping and Tone Building
Using the top-of-the-line Amps/Amp Sim’s and Cab IR’s, I will design A guitar tone that is Unique and perfect for your production. Whether you are looking for a soul crushing metal tone or out of this world clean tone ear candy. We will work with you to find and design the best Guitar tone for your recordings.
Drum Programing
Using the best Drum VST’s heard on your favorite albums of the past decade. Programing drums has become a part of the industry standard for numerous genres of music. But what sets apart a programed idea from a programmed performance is humanization and efficiency. Using our in-house drummer’s we will record on a MIDI Kit and program an original performance or edit your own programmed drums to sound exactly as they were intended to be played, like a human drummer with dynamics and emotion.
